Andy McDaniel – Dental Assistant to Dr. Beaver
A graduate of Durant High School, Andy is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She has been part of our staff since 2003 and is certified in radiology, coronal polishing, administration of nitrous oxide, placement of sealants, and CPR. Andy has also completed orthodontic training. She loves getting to know our patients and providing a comfortable, positive dental care experience. Andy and her husband, Chris, have one young daughter. Outside the office, Andy values the time she spends with family and friends.
Ashlea Chapman – Treatment Coordinator
As treatment coordinator, Ashlea helps our patients receive quality care for lasting smiles. She has a bachelor of arts degree in communications and helps meet the needs of each and every patient who walks through our door. Ashlea loves to see the positive reactions of satisfied patients, and she works with our entire team to continually improve our practice. In her spare time, Ashlea appreciates a good movie, likes to take her dogs for walks, and enjoys time spent with family and friends.
Carla Wood – Dental Assistant to Dr. Beaver
Carla came to our practice in 2007 to assist Dr. Beaver. She holds certification in X-ray and radiology safety and stays current with modern trends in dentistry. Carla enjoys meeting and getting to know our patients. She’s seen firsthand the amazing results we deliver, and she’s proud to be part of a quality team. Carla is married with two beautiful daughters. She likes to fish and spend time with her family.
Jeanine Farrell-Bales – Registered Dental Hygienist
Jeanine received her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from San Joaquin Valley College. She graduated with honors and served as class president. Following graduation, she practiced in California and Arizona before joining our team. Jeanine stays current with advances in her field through continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. She enjoys meeting new people and witnessing the results of quality dental care and patient education. Jeanine visits local elementary schools to educate children about oral health and general nutrition. Married with two step-sons, Jeanine enjoys spending time with her family, her pets, and her friends. She also likes to fish, snowboard, and participate in other outdoor activities.
Karin Lodes – Dental Assistant to Dr. Hutchens
Karin has been a dental assistant for 28 years and is a valued and experienced member of Westside Family Dentistry. She is certified in coronal polishing, radiology, CPR, and lab tech services. Karin communicates well with patients and takes time to truly understand their wants and needs. She enjoys seeing generations of patients and helping families achieve lasting oral health. Karin has two children and four grandchildren. When not assisting Dr. Hutchens, she enjoys traveling and crafts.
Kimberly Seay – Dental Assistant to Dr. Hutchens
A team member since 2005, Kim has certifications in coronal polishing and radiology. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping to give each one a beautiful, healthy smile. Seeing the life-changing results of quality dental care brings her great joy and makes her love coming to work each day. Kim is married with two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with her family when not assisting Dr. Hutchens.
Laura Adams – Hygiene Coordinator
Our hygiene coordinator since 2007, Laura previously served as a dental assistant and has amassed a wealth of dental knowledge. She loves meeting new people and helping patients get the treatments they need for the smiles they deserve. Laura is married with two children. She likes to walk, cook, and spend time outdoors.
Marisa Backues – Insurance Coordinator
As our insurance coordinator, Marisa plays a key role in helping patients receive the quality treatments they deserve. Maria has been in detistry for 17 years and enjoys learning how dental work impacts patients in a positive way.
Pamela Ann Phelps – Dental Hygienist
Pamela joined our team in 2009. She received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Oklahoma, where she was on the Dean’s List and received the Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association President’s Award. Her current memberships include the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Oklahoma Dental Hygienists’ Association. She values the education she receives as part of our progressive team. Pamela and her husband, Michael, have two sons and two daughters. When not assisting patients or volunteering at the Good Shepherd Health Clinic, Pamela enjoys her family time, camping, fishing, and four-wheeling.
Regina Sampson – Office Manager
You might say that Regina helps hold things together! A graduate of Coleman High School, Regina has been a medical and dental office manager since 1985. She enjoys helping patients overcome their dental problems and achieve beautiful smiles and lasting oral health. Regina and her husband, Morris, have three children. She is an avid reader and fan of author James Patterson. Regina also enjoys working out and cooking.
Tiffany Smith – Office Manager for Dr. Beaver
Tiffany graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree. She has served as Dr. Beaver’s office manager for the past three years. Tiffany loves witnessing the smile transformations performed by our team and values the opportunity to meet new people each and every day. Her interests outside the office include watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and participating in outdoor activities.
Tina Grote – Registered Dental Hygienist
Tina joined our practice in 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University, an associate’s degree from Howard County Junior College, and certification in dental hygiene from the UT Health Science Center. Tina partners with our patients to achieve their dental goals and enjoys providing the tools and education to optimize oral and overall health. She stays current with modern dentistry through continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Oklahoma Dental Hygienists’ Association. Tina likes to spend time with her family, travel, and garden. She helps those in need through mission work and gives back to her community through elementary education programs. Tina is married to husband, Will, and has one son, five horses, and a dog. She’s a rodeo competitor who raises registered Black Angus cattle and trains horses on her ranch.
